1. Products and School Selection
Please select the correct school, class, gender (where applicable), article and size before placing the order. Product photographs are provided for identification; minor colour or appearance differences may occur because of screen settings, fabric lots or manufacturing variations.
2. Prices and Payment
All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). Orders placed through the website are payable online through the payment options made available at checkout.
3. Availability
Products, sizes and colours are subject to availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, WOOL O WOOL may contact the customer regarding availability or the appropriate resolution.
4. Sizing
The customer is responsible for selecting the required size. Customers who are unsure about sizing should contact WOOL O WOOL before ordering or visit an outlet for assistance.
5. Delivery
Home delivery may be available for online orders. Delivery time and any applicable delivery charges will be communicated or confirmed with the order.
6. Exchanges, Cancellations and Refunds
Size exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Customized, altered or embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged after customization has been completed.
7. Customer Information
Customers should provide accurate name, mobile number, address and other order information. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect order processing or delivery.
